Karina is a founder and principal of RockStack Consulting (www.rockstackconsulting.com), a company that is passionate about empowering teams and team leaders in being high performing and fully engaged in fulfilling on their goals through effective team building, strategic planning, goal setting, coaching, training, and human resource program development.
Karina has more than 25 years of professional business and human resources leadership experience, holds a Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) designation from the Human Capital Institute, and is a graduate of the University of Washington in English Literature and Creative Writing

Ram Dutt, CEO and Founder of Meylah. Ram has been leading innovative technology solutions in ecommerce and consumer electronics. Serves as a Board Member for JAG's WA state chapter Jobs for Washington’s Graduates (JWG)

Mr. Lance Matteson became the new Executive Director of Southeast Effective Development (SEED) on February 1, 2013. Matteson returned home to the Northwest area after serving with merit in the US and abroad in diverse non-profit organizations. Matteson states, “I’m eager to engage the Southeast Seattle community and do all I can to advance SEED’s vital mission
Matteson grew up in the Seattle area. He attended Harvard University as an undergraduate and Willamette University Law School.
JACQUELINE TOUMA
With over 20 years of strategy, technology, marketing and commercial leadership experience, Jacqueline brings significant expertise in the telecom, high tech and healthcare sectors. Her current dual role at Amaxra is as CMO and Director of CRM/Cloud Solutions. Ms. Touma most recently served as the head of marketing for Fluke Biomedical. Prior to that, Jacqueline served as Director for CRM at T-Mobile USA and spent nearly twelve (12) years in various leadership positions at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond WA, coming to the US in 2001 from positions at Bell Aliant and Bell Canada. She is active in the community, lending her time and expertise to several professional and charitable organizations.

Chaitra Vedullapalli, CMO and Co Founder of Meylah.com. Chaitra is recognized as a Top 100 Small business influencer in US, holds a Patent and published "PartnerTweet" book. Former executive at Oracle and Microsoft. Serves on YMCA Sammamish Board, Creative Children for Charity and leads Youth Toastmasters group. Chaitra recently won 2016 SBA Small Business Advocate award.
